CPD Courses Synopsis: This core CPD course examines the basic doctrines and issues of contract law with a look at the cases from the Singapore Courts, including the creation of agency relationships by expressed or implied contract, Tort, Negligence, Standard of Care, Conditions and Warranty, with a heavy emphasis on the action amounting to misrepresentations.
