We will use real life examples to facilitate the delivery of the course to ensure a fuller understanding. We will discuss advertising in compliance with the Estate Agents Act, Estate Agents (Estate Agency Work) Regulations 2010, and the guidelines issued by CEA. We will also discuss how to craft your advertisement content in order to avoid misleading wording and how to distribute your publicity materials legally.
