CPD Courses Synopsis: This core CPD course is all about compliance with Code of Ethics and Professional Client Care. We will discuss about knowledge of and compliance with applicable laws, practice circulars and guidelines, due diligence and compliance with law and statutory requirements, general duty to clients and public, duty to clients in relation to signing of documents, obligations in respect of agreements and conveying offers and counter offers. In addition, we will look at how not to bring discredit or disrepute to real estate industry, interpretation and translation of documents, duties in respect to advertisements, duty to avoid conflict of interests, recommending professional advice and safeguarding confidential information.
