CPD Courses Synopsis: This CPD course provides background knowledge on money laundering and terrorist financing for salespersons. Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing Terrorism (CFT)  reporting works will be explained together with how real estate salespersons can contribute to the objective of preservation of lives by preventing the next terrorist attack. Common methods and techniques used in ML/TF through the real estate sector across the globe will be discussed. Various types of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and reporting on Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) using the Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) system will be shared.
