CPD Courses Synopsis:
This CPD course examines the basic doctrines and issues of contract law with a look at the cases from the Singapore Courts, including the creation of agency relationships by expressed or implied contract, Tort, Negligence, Standard of Care, Conditions and Warranty, with a heavy emphasis on the action amounting to misrepresentations.

CPD Course Objectives:
At the end of this module, participants will have a good working knowledge of:
– The Law of Agency applicable to the real estate industry,
– The concept of misrepresentation in law and when would a breach of this duty be actionable in law,
– The cases that had gone to our Judiciary Courts and how they were decided, so as to have an understanding of how Judges determine the liability,
– How to avoid such pitfalls and suggestions to protect themselves.
