  • 10AM-1PM – Compliance with Code of Ethics and Professional Client Care (C1L1S0003) Trainer: Chris Koh

    This core CPD course will provide participants with good knowledge and understanding of the Code of Ethics and Professional Client Care which is part of the Estate Agency Regulations 2010. Examples and case studies will be utilised to help participants to be more familiar with the code while on the job.

  • 2PM – 5PM – Understanding the Professional Service Manual with Case Studies (C3L1S0528) Trainer: Mr Chris Koh

    Professional Service Manual (PSM) sets out the standards and guidelines to ensure that salespersons render their services professionally and ethically. PSM highlights the responsibilities and duties of salespersons. Relevant case studies will help you to have a better understanding of PSM and CEA’s guidelines when conducting estate agency work.
