In this CPD Course, emphasis will be placed on the importance of exercising due diligence and proper care at every stage of the transaction process, from the ‘Start Game Negotiation’ to the ‘End Game’. ‘Start Game Negotiation is where the salesperson assesses and qualifies Client’s ability, motivation and timeline from the outset. After which, it will be the ‘Mid-Game Negotiation’ where the salesperson will review the marketing efforts and adjust the price, terms and aspirations of the client before closing the negotiation with the final selling price at the ‘End Game’.
7PM-10PM – Conduct Pricing Presentation (C1L1S0640)* Trainer: Sam Gian
This core CPD COURSE is about reinforcing the understanding of price and pricing being the product of the prevailing market condition and competition. Relevant rules in the CEPCC will be emphasized in the course. There will also be a discussion on the collection of demand-side information by the salespersons and how to write the pricing report and conduct a pricing presentation. Participants will also be shown how to review the asking price in the context of the prevailing market competition and how to reach an agreement with the client on the next course of action should the listing remain unsold. At the end, there will be a better understanding and enhanced knowledge of the Estate Agents Act and Regulations.
