This core CPD course examines the updated HDB resale policies relating to the resale of HDB flats in order to facilitate a smooth transaction. We will discuss buyer’s eligibility to buy a resale flat in the open market as well as eligibility for concessionary loan and CPF Housing Grant. We will also look at the HDB Resale Portal for the register intend to buy for the buyers and their financing process, with a detailed discussion on the sources of fund, transaction costs and financial calculations. We will then conclude the session with a HDB case study discussion.

• 7PM-10PM –  Master Plan 2014 – A Tool for Salesperson(C2L1S0325) Trainer: Nelson Lim

This core CPD course provides working knowledge for salespersons to understand the Master Plan which will heighten the understanding of property details in terms of land use and zoning. Salespersons can rely on the Master Plan to present and advice on the property being marketed in greater clarity in respect to its land purpose and future development of the vicinity.

This course will cover the recent release of the Master Plan 2014 which guides current and future land uses. Understanding the Master Plan can help salespersons interpret and utilize it as a tool to advice their customers professionally.
