This course will focus on the process and procedures of an enbloc sale following the recent spate of enbloc activities. It is a much needed course which will equip salespersons which necessary knowledge and professionalism in this area.

This will include CEA’s practice directions on collective sale and a discussion of the updated and most recent Land Title (Strata) Act. Recent enbloc cases will also be cited for better understanding.

• 2PM-5PM – Practical Valuation Knowledge for Real Estate Agents (C2L1S0714) Trainer: Chan Hiap Kong

This CPD course is designed to enrich KEOs and salespersons’ understanding on valuation of properties. With property pricing constantly fluctuating, this course aims to enable salepersons and agents to better identify the factors affecting it and hence make more accurate assessments of valuation.
