This CPD course is on rental procedures and documentations of private residential properties. The course covers the salient points and procedures for the leasing process and understanding the terms and conditions of the Tenancy Agreement, payment of Stamp Duty, handing over of premises and the use of an Inventory List and Property Condition Report. You will also learn about procedures in a rental transaction. The course also covers the expected Duties of An Estate Agent and Code of Ethics.
This course will equip you with the skill to guide and advise your clients on their responsibilities as a tenant or a landlord and also provide professional client care while adhering to the Code of Ethics and Practices in your work. You will also be able to perform more efficiently by utilising digital platforms to conduct your due diligence checks and automating your internal processes.
2PM-5PM – Negotiation & Closing (C1L1S0565)* Trainer: Mr Sam Gian
In this CPD Course, emphasis will be placed on the importance of exercising due diligence and proper care at every stage of the transaction process, from the ‘Start Game Negotiation’ to the ‘End Game’. ‘Start Game Negotiation is where the salesperson assesses and qualifies Client’s ability, motivation and timeline from the outset. After which, it will be the ‘Mid-Game Negotiation’ where the salesperson will review the marketing efforts and adjust the price, terms and aspirations of the client before closing the negotiation with the final selling price at the ‘End Game’.
