Chan Hiap Kong is a veteran in the field of estate industry, having worked in various segments holding senior estate-related roles within major companies and co-founded Henry Butcher Appraisal Group Pte Ltd in 1984. He is currently the Executive Director of Asian Appraisal Co Pte Ltd and heads a team of valuers in both property and Plant & Machinery appraisal.
