Mr Felix Chua runs his own real estate company and has more than 22 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. He was a Trainer, Supervisor Assessor and Assessor for the National Skills Recognition System (NSRS) and also an Examiner in the Certified Estate Agent (CEA) examination.

He was also a member of the Institute of Estate Agencies’ (IEA) CPD, Membership/Examination and the Disciplinary Board Committee. He is currently an active Council Member in IEA as the Chairperson of the Education & Training Committee as well as a member in CEA’s Disciplinary Panel. With his wealth of knowledge and experiences in the training and education sector of the industry, he has been actively conducting CPD courses and NSRS Real Estate modules.
