Mr. Spencer Ng has held many senior management positions in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years. His roles are in the project and general managements, as well in sales and marketing, from upgrading of capital equipment and construction of factories to running their operations thereafter. The projects he has handled and managed are in packaging, hydro-electric power plant, domestic airport and financial services, in South East Asia and China.

With his wealth of corporate experiences in big-ticket items, he embarked on training the real estate pre-2010 CEHA and CES courses and continued onto the post-2010 REA and CPD courses. To date, he is the trainer who has conducted the longest full REA course of 21 intakes.

To accomplish his desire in real estate training, in 2003, he self-studied and passed the CEHA course in one attempt and has been a real estate salespersons since. His real estate experiences are in sales and rental in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
