CPD courses for Real Estate Agents Singapore

CPD professional courses for day/night classes at $35 (before GST) for real estate agents, offered at C&H, are designed to give salespersons an update on the latest policies, knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the real estate industry.

The Continuing Professional Development (CPD) framework aims to facilitate salespersons in keeping abreast of the latest changes in policies and procedures relating to the property transaction process and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skill sets to thrive in the new digital environment. It is also a necessary condition for renewal of licensing/registration. As stipulated in the Estate Agents (Licensing and Registration) Regulations 2010, every KEO, practicing director/ partner and salesperson is required to undertake a minimum of 6 CPD credit hours each year, of which at least 3 CPD hours must be on professional CPD courses. The framework includes a more structured approach to guide salespersons in achieving deeper technical knowledge and skill sets to perform duties in different segments of the property market.

Please note that it will be mandatory to fulfill 2 credits for Generic Courses (previously known as Non-core Course) and 4 credits for Professional Courses (previously known as Core Course) per CPD cycle with effect from October 2019. The CPD cycle for each year starts in October and ends in September the following year.

Our professional and generic CPD courses are also opened to all salespersons from the real estate industry. Seats are limited; registration is on a first come first serve basis with confirmation of registration only upon receipt of payment.
