CPD Courses Synopsis:
This CPD course examines the applicable laws and essential facts within the Estate Agents Act. Under the Estate Agents Act, we will discuss on CEA licensing and registration requirements, duties and liability, inspection, enforcement, discipline and offences, as well as suspension and revocation of licence and registration. Apart from that, under Estate Agents (Estate Agency Work) Regulations 2010, we will discuss about the Prescribed Estate Agency Agreements, Professional Indemnity Insurance and Continuing Professional Development, as well as other related regulations.
