Taught by a practising lawyer of 20 over years’ experience, this core CPD course covers working knowledge for the salesperson to execute rental transactions more effectively. It also highlights the various scenarios where landlords & tenants’ relationship can suffer a fall out, & offer suggestions how to prevent; as well as give recommendations for salespersons how not to be caught in the cross fire.
