P3: Master Plan 2014 – A Tool for Salesperson (P307S0325)
This CPD course provides working knowledge for salespersons to understand the Master Plan which will heighten the understanding of property details in terms of land use and zoning. Salespersons can rely on the Master Plan to present and advice on the property being marketed in greater clarity in respect to its land purpose and future development of the vicinity.
