CPD Courses Synopsis: This CPD course, covering the Practice Guidelines on Conduct between Salespersons, aims to provide a good understanding of the guideline that came into force on 11 June 2014.

Have you ever co-broke with a co-broke agent who subsequently bypass you and deal directly with your client?
Have you ever called a co-broke agent from an advertisement for co-broking but is told by the co-broke agent that the property is no longer available for sale/rent? However when you ask your buyer/ tenant to call, the property is suddenly available!
