Carolynne Ng has been a creative business solutions designer and a collaborative relationship builder since graduating from Bachelor of Business Programme of University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia.

Currently, she is the Lead Growth Specialist for The Good Life Family Club where affiliate marketing opportunities are created for various product and service brand owners. She is also an associate lecturer for MDIS School of Fashion Design.

She is an associate trainer for Appointed Training Organisation, Everest Innovation where she delivers WSQ programmes of Leadership and People Management and Business Management. As a current candidate of Masters of Arts in Professional Education, she also designs corporate training programmes and is an Instructional Designer for authoring platform, Arclab.

In 25 years of her career, she has worked in different industries spanning from advertising, leisure and travel, manufacturing, beauty and fashion industry, retail and healthcare for both local and international markets where she has steered teams towards goals of fuelling business growth and profitability.
