This CPD course provides refresher training on CEPCC especially experienced salespersons.
CPD Course Objectives:
1.Able to apply the knowledge of CEA’s Code of Ethics and Professional Client Care in the day-to-day work as salespersons;
2.Understand the legal consequences of failing to adhere to the Code, which may subject them to disciplinary actions; and,
3.Able to extricate themselves from ethically dicey situations similar to those described in the case study scenarios.
