Course Synopsis

This CPD course will focus on why property sellers need real estate agents, i.e. Real Estate Marketing. This CPD course will also look into the process of communicating the value of a product or service through positioning to customers. (4Ps – promotion, price, place, product)

 

Expected Learning Outcomes:

 

  1. Why property sellers need us?
  2. Setting the parameter of the Plan – 4W 1H
  3. Preparing Comprehensive Marketing Plan
  4. Applying the 5 Step ‘Consumer Buying Decision Process’ into the Plan
  5. Reaching prospective buyers who are already in the Target Market
  6. Working the ground to find buyers
  7. Coordinating Complementing the details of the Plan
  8. Follow up plan and price review

*2 credits (Generic) for non C&H Agents are subjected to Estate Agency KEO approval*
